Community Day
1st Wednesday of the month @ 10am pst

Our monthly topic driven mastermind. We discuss various mindset and business topics to help you grow in the current rapidly changing business environment.

Stef leads the conversations with professional coaching feedback and curiosity led questions, as well as mindset exercises that stem from her decades of experience in personal branding and as a 2x board certified hypnotherapist.

Designed to meet you where you're at in business and get support. Knowing that people are at different stages in their business and while someone may be newer, it doesn't mean you can't also learn from them. This is what rise together means.

Private WhatsApp group for members

Members can connect instantly to other members for coworking, asking advice or seeking feedback for business.

Notes: While Stef will contribute and monitor the chat, any "coaching" or bigger discussions will be saved for the zoom calls. No self promotion is allowed in the chat to keep the space feeling natural and conversational. Promotion is saved for our online connection day.

Featured member presentation to share their business and something to teach the group. (15 minutes) OR a group exercise if we don't have a presenter.

Learn about each attendee in their 2 minute business spotlight.

Open to guest drops ins so you can invite your fellow business owners to share about their business with our members.

Body double and get it done

This program encourages members to get on a zoom call together and co work for further accountability and progress. Arrangements are made through our private chat - even if you need a last minute work buddy!

In Person events

Meitheal will expand into free in person coffee meetups in Greater Victoria (and possibly throughout the island) as well as future retreats that further foster the idea of community.

Hi, I'm Stef!

I created my first version of this community 5 years ago because I couldn't find the kind of business community I wanted to belong to.

One that values generosity as much as growth.

Depth as much as strategy.

Authenticity as much as achievement.

This is the space I wish I'd had when I started my business and I'm so proud of the achievements we've had together already. Meitheal is most refined and aligned version to date, and dozens of people can confirm it has supported their business and personal growth.

I have over 20 decades of experience in marketing, graphic design, photography and personal branding to help guide your business. But more importantly (imo), I'm a 2x board certified master hypnotherapist and certified NLP master practitioner coach with experience in leading people to find their best internal compass and improve self confidence and awareness. I bring the energy and strategy of this background to all of our conversations.
