Our monthly topic driven mastermind. We discuss various mindset and business topics to help you grow in the current rapidly changing business environment.

Stef leads the conversations with professional coaching and curiosity led questions, as well as mindset exercises to evoke self & biz development.

Members can connect instantly to other members for event reminders, co-working, asking advice or seeking feedback for business.

Note: While Stef will contribute and monitor the chat, coaching & main discussions will be saved for live calls.

This program encourages members to get on a zoom call together and co work for further accountability and progress. Arrangements are made through our private chat - even if you need a last minute work buddy!

Hi, I'm Stef!

I created my first version of this community 5 years ago because I couldn't find the kind of business community I wanted to belong to.

One that values generosity as much as growth.

Depth as much as strategy.

Authenticity as much as achievement.

This is the space I wish I'd had when I started my business and I'm so proud of the achievements we've had together already. Meitheal is most refined and aligned version to date, and dozens of people can confirm it has supported their business and personal growth.

I have over 20 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, photography and personal branding to help guide your business. But more importantly (imo), I'm a 2x board certified master hypnotherapist and certified NLP master practitioner coach with experience in leading people to find their best internal compass and improve self confidence and awareness. I bring the energy and strategy of this background to all of our conversations.

What is the time commitment?

The membership is month to month, however we do ask that you commit to at least 6 months to build relationships. We keep it as month to month to ensure that you are a good fit in the first month without needing to commit to a longer term.

Do I need to be an established business owner?

We hope that you come to the group with some business knowledge or even any life knowledge that could help others so that you can give to others as you receive support. Otherwise you do not need to be established in your business and many people in our group are in a new chapter themselves. If you are an established business owner, the benefits of connecting as well as the provoking questions asked will still allow you to grow in the space.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens! We hope that you can attend most sessions but we also priced the membership that if you miss a day or two that it wouldn't be a big financial strain. We recommend ensuring you're contributing in our chat and attending additional bonus co-working with other members to fully maximize your membership. You are responsible for showing up for yourself to get full value.

Are Sessions Recorded?

We do not record sessions. This encourages members to show up and contribute as well as limit the fear of being vulnerable in the space during our time together.
